The French website Artesane had a fun protect in December : make a embroidered advent calendar !
At the end of November, they published the trame of the calendar that was composed of 24hexagons. And then every day in December they published a little motif to fill up one hexagon.
I have chosen a blue and white hexagon fabric to embroider on. As the fabric was busy enough, I did the embroidery with only one colour : a metallic bronze.
Making this project, I have learned new embroidery technic and I was very fun to make.

In December I also took part in a Christmas swap organised by Mes petites récréations and I was’ really lucky to received handmade blue present from Madame trico

Oh comme c’est magnifique ! Joli travail de broderie, le fil d’or qui se détache sur fond bleu et dont les contours reprennent le motif de l’imprimé superbe idée … en plus c’est bleu donc parfait.

Oui j’ai du mal à aller vers une autre couleur que le bleu : il faudrait que je sorte de ma couleur de confort. Une très bonne année à toi aussi !
