Fluorite socks

My drawer are started to get full of knitted jumpers but I really enjoy knitted : it is a great way for me to relax. So I needed to find interesting projects that would take time but not as many space in my closet than jumpers. That is how I started knitting socks.

I watch some videos on YouTube about the magic loop technic with circular needles and the first pattern I used is Everyday socks

I have made a pair of socks for my sister and my mum for Christmas.

My last sock project in date was the Fluorite socks. The pattern was published in the winter 2017 issue of Pompom magazine. The pattern mixes 7 different colours of yarns but gives all the method to calculate if you want to use more or less colours. I have made mine with 6 yarns that I had leftover from different projects.

  5. Your socks all look great. I would love to make knee-hi socks, but I haven’t gotten up the nerve to try. It also looks like a great way to use left-overs.
